Service Description
This class offers the foundation of the Usui Reiki method of healing. In this 4-hour class you will learn what Reiki is and is not as well as it's history and principles. You will learn self-healing methods and hand positions for healing yourself and others. You will learn about the chakras, grounding and ethics. You will receive the Reiki I manual I have created and receive a Reiki attunement. The attunement can be done in class or at a distance during a convenient time for you. Students will also participate in a Reiki healing session once instruction is complete. Certificates of completion including your Reiki lineage will be provided at the end of the class. Requirements: No prerequisites are required. Please bring a pen, notebook and a desire to open yourself further to Universal healing energy. Note: Please pre-register for this class as class size will be limited. This class can be taught and learned at a distance and at your own pace! Please contact me for further information!
